question about the benheck podcasts

Hey guys,
I just got an MP3 player and would like to get the podcasts on it. I am wondering though: I know how to put stuff on the player, but I cant get the podcasts on. How do I do this, The realplayer window just pops up when I click "download"

For IE:

1. Right-click the download link
2. Click "Save Target As..."
3. Save the file on your PC
4. Hit self in the head
5 GOTO step 4


For Firefox:

1. Right-click the download link
2. Click "Save Link As..."
3. Save the file on your PC
4. Hit self in the head
5 GOTO step 4
