Is There An 8V Point on Mobo?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

No to my knowlege. The Dreamcast only uses three voltages and none of them are 8v. If you wanted though if this is for powering a screen, you can take the 12v line off the power supply and run it into something like a 7808 regulator.

Because I'm guessing it's for a PSOne screen, use a switching regulator.
