Why are avatars not working?

I was just wondering why some peoples avatars arent working. I have seen wuite a few that have been down lately For example guitarslingers scherzos and peppers was down it there a problem on benheck or is it where they got their photos from.

im talking about avatars they arent working yours is working now but guitar slingers and scherzos arent and it seems like its been happening a lot.

it cause its slowing down where they are hosting them it happins

Two possible problems.

One is you lack a certian plugin to view them. I have that problem now (my dad's computer) I dont get to see some pics.

The other is that the sites are not giving the proper bandwidth. That caused me to loose my avatars that were hosted on yahoo, so I switched to having them hosted on photobucket.

well i normaly can see them all and i have cable internet so its probably the hosting site.
