Can someone list a step-by-step or a list of things I would need? Also, I like the way Vacuum-Formed cases look, so, if possible can someone explain how to build and use a Vacuum-Form oven, also, ... wait... That's it. Thanks.

Please check the sticky on the GC info. Always read these before posting portablizing questions. It can help answer questions to avoid vague ones like this. As for your vac-forming desires, check out this site Many here use it as a refrence. Also, check the case sticky, it probably has some info on this. Good luck!

I don't completly understand the vacuum forming, can anyone explain in more detail about the forms, molds and what to do with the heated plastic? (Iwant to make sure I do this right.) Thanks

How about you do some research on your own in the case construction forum? Once you read what's available there, bam! You know as much as we do.

You don't need a vacuum form to make a good structured case.

Just use sheet plastic and fibreglass, shape strips of plastic with a heat gun, and fibreglass it all together, sand it down some more...

Then spray paint it, sand it some more, and spray it even more. The only downside is cracking when you put it all together, so I suggest that you put it together completely, then fibreglass and holes, sand it down again and THEN do the spray painting.

Downside? Takes a long time if you don't know what you're doing, or what materials work best, but it's all about experimentation.

For example, I tried building mine initially with hard as nails to bond the plastic together... What a waste of money that was.. the wind could break the bond apart. I recommend NOT using Hard as Nails glue... Its cheap for a reason!
