I think I just screwed something up

So I went to plug in the screen and the N64, just to see if it was all connected right, and the screen turns on, but the N64 doesn't. You can't hear anything, and the Red LED isn't On. What happened? Did if Fry it?

Check if it's getting sufficient power. 12v line and 3.3v line.

Well, first double-check your wiring to make sure it's getting all the voltages it needs. If it is, then there's a possibility that it's fried. If it's not getting enough power, plug it in and try again.

It might be fried, but don't make that assumption so quickly.

I just used the original power for the 64 and it still isnt turning on. Does the expansion pack have to be in?

Okay I've tried different outlets, and turned off the lights and it isn't powering on. Do the heatsinks have to be on the chips. They are and it still won't turn it on.
