New txt message tone = Ref's whistle from NES TecmoSuperBowl

Lotsa people hear them, kinda remember them from their youth, can't quite place them, and ask me wtf they are...

I can't put any ringtones on my phone. (Nokia 282, ca. 1999) It comes with a few well-known tunes, but that's about it.

My phone can:
-place calls
- recieve calls

That's all I need a phone to do. I don't need text messages (overpriced gimmick) or a camera, or games or a PDA or anything like that. That's why I haven't upgraded (Plus it's only $10 a month for what I use it for).

I can put any MIDI as my ringtone form a computer which comes in quite handy

i have the Duke Nukem theme for my calls and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for text messages

For a while i did have Saria's song for calls, but Duke Nukem is way better

I don't have a cell phone (nor do I want one), but if I had to get one for one reason or another, it would be a simple plan that allows those two things and a simple phone (one piece, not a flip phone) that is practically indestructible (like my mom's phone, which has been bounced around for years without a single problem).

Oh, and the ringtone would be the default ring on the phone (or whatever the standard electronic "brrrring" is).
