Need info on powering the GCN...

I found most of the info I needed to help one of my friends with a GCp, except some info I need about the PSU. From what I understand, I can just input 12v into the GC's internal regulator, and that will split it into all the other voltages the GC needs, right? If so, what is the minimum and maximum voltage ratings that can be sent into the regulator, and what's the general amperage rating of the GCN.

just send 12 volts into the PSU as long as its around 1 amp probably a little more the GC should run fine
minimun is about 12, and max is ~16 i think. i know for sure it can handele 14.2 volts
