Totally stuck on OoT!! Someone help!

So basicly, I'm playing through Ocarina of Time again, and I'm stumped. I'm in the forest dungon, and I'm fighting the last ghost thing in the middle room with the four torches. No matter what I do, I can't beat him. Does anyone have a guide book (or personal experience) handy and tell me how to beat him?

Shoot the One that does one extra spin with your bow. Then Hit her with sword.
