Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Okay so I have a few Questions

Post by DavGerm4 »

1. Is it okay to use the PS2 screen instead of the PSOne?

2. Is there any place that gives a good explaination on where to solder all the wires. Like where do I solder the GRD, and Power wires?

3. On the PS2 Screen it has a cable that goes from this one board, to the screen board. The cable has Red, Black, White, and Yellow. Are these wires the Audio (l/R), Video, and GRD cables?

Thanks

1. depends on what ps2 screen.

2. Yes. Go to the screens sticky and it will give you the AV pinout

3, give a detailed picture. Are there any components on it besides plugs?

Here are some pics:

sorry about the quality of the Red Circles... The two on the left are Audio Left and Right, and the One on the Right is Video. That is the wiring from the
N64 to this image.

This image is of the wiring going from the last pic, to the screen. They show 2 Red wires, 1 Green, 1 Yellow, 1 Black, and 1 White. One of the Red wires, the Yellow, and the White, are all in a fatter wire. Are these the Audio and Video wires.
For a connection could I just connect the wires from the 64 to the white box on the screen board?
