Damn your helpful! But, I am without the av in board.
This is the area I need a pinout for.
Those other pictures will help me when I rebuild the input board though. This little section is on the screen control board. All you have to do is use your multimeter skillz and trace from the board, to the colored wires. And then in order, list them. You are a god.
Oh, I see! I'll get that part up this weekend! I used those AV jacks on the back of the screen and the board from that pic that you just posted to determine the pinouts that I have. It was fun! I wish I had kept the diagrams though. I think I remember seeing them and thinking to myself "Nobody is every going to need this!" Hahaha!

THANK YOU! Just see if you can get them! And then you get....something....
Pink - Video (Game)
Green - Right Audio (Game)
White - Left Audio (Game)
Grey - Video (A/V)
Purple - Right Audio (A/V)
Blue - Left Audio (A/V)
Here is the strange part, but I swear that this is right!!!!
Red - Ground
Red - Ground
Red - Ground
Black - 7.5V
Black - 7.5V
Black - 7.5V
I swear that those Red and Blacks are backwards to what I'm used too. I'm not sure why, but I double checked over and over. All the Red's have continuity to the RCA grounds and my DreamCast AV's ground.
I just tested again to make sure. I tested it while powered up, and that is correct. The three black wires are in fact +7.5V (8.1V to be exact) and all three red wires are Ground. Good luck, and let me know how it goes!

Well, it's according to which way you have the circuit facing. They are in order, and if you look at it the same way that it is facing in your pic, the pink one is to the far right.

No problem! I know how frustrating it can be trying to figure things out. I'm glad to help. It also helps me to figure out what to put on my website too.
