1. As long as radio stations over there use the same FM band as they do in America, yes.
2.
a. No. Music does not have a regoin.
b. <img src="http://www.skytroniks.com/images/databa ... es/wtf.gif"> The FM broadcasts in the united states are hardly strong enough to reach from Boston to northern New Hampshire, let alone across an OCEAN. The only radio that can broadcast over such huge distances is Shortwave (maybe amateur (HAM) radio...)
3.
a. Yes. It will play music in the car. Just make sure you don't try to use the MP3 player's radio to listen to the FM transmitter's frequency on the car stereo... (so tyhe MP3 player is listening to itself, creating feedback.)
b. No. NTSC is a video format.
c.. Clearly.
4. You would need a scan converter, because you're trying to view NTSC video on a PAL monitor.
5. I don't have one, I just use an MP3-CD player.
If it comes with an AC adapter, you'll need to get a travel adapter that lets you plug US stuff into your outlets if you want to use it. (The output plug needs to look like <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Dome ... g">this</a>, and put out 120v AC at 60Hz

I just got mine a few days ago (e260), i like it a lot, it is nice and small, and the battery life is great.
One of the problems i have with it is the hold button, it is kinda close to the headphone jack so its hard for me to swith sometime. The blue scroll wheel is a little flaky feeling, but its nothing to worry about, and the buttons can be hard to push sometimes because they are at the same level as the case.
Rhapsody, the itunes like program for it is really nice though, very easy to transfer and organize songs. The video converting software is also very easy to use, just drag and drop.
all in all, i am very happy with my purchase, it is definitly a solid player feature wise and durability wise with its liquid metal back
