Wow, Sony did something GOOD! (Mylo)

Mylo

Wow. and WOW. and maybe WoW if Blizard wasn't gonna sue me (see the we don't need no stickin' pods thread ).

This is practically everything I have ever wanted in a non-game centric handheld, right down to the form factor.

Yet at the same time it seems like Sony is shooting it's self in the foot. I mean let's face it, as far as I can tell most people don't buy the PSP for the UMDs, they buy it for all the other functions, and this thing is almost the same price as a PSP with the equivalent memory and it has a qwerty keyboard, and lots of built in apps, and a supposedly much longer battery life. So that leaves the PSP with UMDs and home brew games. Objectively that's not bad but not good either.

Discuss.

Whoa, I have never seen that thing before, very, very cool, truly futuristic. I guess we finally get those things everybody reads books on in Star Trek: Voyager eh? (a long time dream of mine )

That mylo is awesome, but in the end it's just another thing I have to carry around. A treo or other cell/pda hybrid would work better imho. I do like how its keyboard is wide and spread out.
