Recommend a cheap 3"-4" Screen

I need a cheap 3 or 4 inch screen to finish one of my portables. Any recommendations?

If you want cheap, you're either going to have to go with a 2.5" Hipgear screen, or a 5" PSOne screen. If you want 3-4 inch, this is probably as cheap as you're going to get it. Now you see why everyone uses PSOne screens that go for $30 to $50.

Actually, you could opt to hack some sort of pocket TV screen. Ben mentions one in his book that's 3.5", and he also has directions on how to hack it. I don't know how much it costs, but I assume you could grab one on Ebay for under $70.

I'm not. I'm going to get that screen.

The Intec screenpads I have are too small for my taste (only 2.5"), plus a large screen makes the portable feel smaller. Plus it only draws 110ma at 12v, which is good for me because I'm going to run the system off of 2650mAh Ni-Mh rechargeable AAs.

Here's a list of LCD's I bookmarked a while ago. They all have composite in, some are even LED modded for you. Decent prices.

Thanks for all the links! I have two psone screens right now but the motherboard is too big for the case that I have. I also have an intec screen that is also too big. I have the hip gear 2.5 screen but it is too small(and I am still trying to find a replacement screen for one that was damaged during shipping). I had an off brand psone 4" lcd that was perfect but sadly it has passed on. I was hoping to find a pocket tv like the ones in Ben's book but they are all about $80. I need to find one for like $20 or less.

Hmm, the Purdy displays look good - am I right in reading the descriptions as meaning that this model can be wired directly into composite video?

AND-TFT-pSi025TP-LED

The other 2.5" displays say they need a controller card for composite, but this one doesn't - maybe it's just an oversight? Anyone know?
