Creative Zen Micro broken/problems :(

I've had my Creative Zen Micro for about 6 months, and have been quite happy with it, until recently. One day, I booted up my player, and it briefly flashed "Firmware Problem" on the screen, and booted into "Recovery Mode". That screen says:
Creative Zen Micro v0.0.65
1. Clean Up
2. Format All
3. Reload Firmware
4. Reboot

What do I do? Will I need the original CD, because I think I lost it!

Someone help!

Never mind, fixed it!

I found the firmware on the Creative site and rebooted.
