College...advice?

Welp Im in my dorm room at OIT using some random guys wireless network that I dont know...(I can browse his files LOL what a noob) anyways, as of monday i start classes in electronics engineering. Wish me luck, Im nervous. My roomy isnt bad at least. I really have to cut back on the games which sucks. Any college students have words of advice for me? Secrets of survival? how to become friends with professors?

party hard when you can. party moderatly during midterms, party AFTER exams.

remember, you can never drink too much.

lol i just said "party". my point was, makes some friends and have fun.

some real advice: dont leave all your work till the due date, due dates seem to come in waves (at least here), and you will end up having to finish 5 assignments in 1 week.

Im in college too but UK college is different

Are you paying for your course? if so get a part time job soon as possible otherwise you'll be up to your eyes in debt before the end of the year

P.S theres a time and place for everything, and its called college
