Well, no, not really. If you say the thing is like a pc I could make a GMaker game without too much trouble. If it's not like a PC, my brother could learn whatever code to make games.

i am going to start on a new rpg soon. i am going to create it with game maker i think. i can give it to you when i finish if you want it. i have not start it yet so it will be a while but i will get it done.

Heythere's this awesome program called RPG Maker XP, you can get it on the internet for free, it's easy to use, and it always looks proffesional! I'm excellent at the program and could make one later on. Oh, and those forums for this project, I signed up as the first member there!

Same reason MPAA sues you for Dl'ing movies. You are taking away profits from a profitable product. Plus, they stand to make a lot of $$$, and they will win.
