I think its just the case and you have to buy the guts somewhere else and put it together yourself.

How much experience have you had with soldering or any sort of electronics? Short answer - not too hard, pretty easy if you've had some experience.

I believe for the PSOne CNC portable, you have to extend the disc reader cable.
