To connect your computer/labtop to a phone plug and get internet because i have a phone plug in my room but no internet plug(and yes i know its not called an internet plug i just forgot the name) or be able to connect a router and connect a plug for the router to the computer/labtop or just get wireless internet perfectley???

Slow down. The internet plug is called ethernet. You can get internet over a phone plug, but it has to be dial-up, which I assume you don't have, since you mentioned wireless. You could get a wireless access point and hook it up to your computer if you are for some reason against installing a PCI wireless card or even a simple USB wifi adapter.

yes we have a router but in my room I have a really slow connection well kinda but ya.

First off, its called a laptop. The internet plug is called ethernet. You could connect it to you phone line, if you didn't use that landline.
