how do you get an image to show, not just the nlink, on your signature?

^ That's what it is going to do. (I'm guessing it's on an email server or something?) You might be able to see it, but others will most likely get a broken image icon (I did). The file needs to be publicly accessible.

Save it to your computer, then go to http://www.imageshack.us . Once you're there, upload the file. Paste the "Direct link to image" url between image tags in the signature editor.

You don't put the image tag around it just put the URL in.
