As you know I will be getting a xbox in exchange for 1 of my gamecubes (wich I will probably sell for a PS2) so i need to buy a cheap gamecube. I have to gamecubes Im looking at , this or this one. Which one will be a easier fix
1st one. it already works for some games so it should only need a little adjusting. the black one could work too, my gamecube was like that but i fixed it. they're really easy to fix
But I'd say GC #2. The first one seems to have some major disc-reader alignment problem, whereas the second one sounds like either a slight potentiometer adjustment or cleaning. Good luck!
Second one, hands down. 'Some games work' ruined any chances for picking the first one. I've never had a console that worked with 'some' games. Only if the discs were scratched. But if the discs actually get scratched then it must be because the GC had some sort of impact or internal damage to it. So it will be kinda hard to fix it.
