New Taser

A single jolt would cause your body to lock up. If only for a moment, it would at least send standing/running criminals to the ground, giving the police the time they need to catch up and/or disarm and apprehend them.

I think this is pretty neat, because it finally puts the range of tasers outside the lethal range of a thrown knife (estimated at 21 feet, IIRC)

At first I thought you meant with a gun, but then I realized you meant the taser. That could be a way to do that, have a semi or fully auto taser gun, mwhahaha!
