I started 2 weeks ago, freshman year is going well.

I got out June 6 and went back August 21.

Ha sophmore year is easy as cake (Why is cake easy?) anyways I haven't been up till past 9:30 doing homework!

I have a "Freshers Day" at college next wedneday, this place is a pretty right on kinda place

and then classes start on the thursday

Disclaimer: College in the UK is different from the US as you usually go from ages 16-18 (because we finish school at 16) to do A levels and then go onto University which is what you guys call college

I have only heard the term used in movies...

dude, freshmen= first year of HS/College
Sophmore=Second year

September 25. Althought to be fair to the rest of you I finished my summer term just two weeks ago. And before you guys say something irritating, I took a math class as I don't want to have to think about math well I have to learn how to admin a Linux box and how a computer works at the chip level.

those are 2 of the levels of the American High School Heiarchy. it goes
Freshman-9th
Sophmore-10th
Junior-11th
Senior-12th.

12th grade is the final grade for american schools, after 12-13 years of school.

I'm on my Sophomore/Junior year. Becuase I'm so smart(yeah right) I skipped a grade of math, took a couple highschool classes in my last year of middle school, and now, with 2 summer school periods, I get to graduate at what would be the end of my junior year, but because of the credits and all, I'll technically be a Junior my second semester of my Sophomore year.

So yeah, this year sucks, haven't had any homework yet, your schools must suck. I'm taking two junior/senior level classes (Network administration and Trigonometry) and one Sophomore/Junior level class(Physics I-it's actually supposed to be honors but I think they put me in the normal class. I supposedly have one of the hardest teachers in my school, but he's cool and the class is easy so far)

I was going to take Computer Programming as well, but there weren't enough students who signed up for the class(which is bull, becuase my net. admin. class has 9 students, and just about everyone i knew signed up for computer programming, at least 10-15 students. And last year my friend was in Electronic Publishing, and it had 2 students)

But yeah, I hate school. I like to see all my friends and crap again, but school just sucks. I'd much rather be at work making some money than sitting in a classroom.

I've been in school for two weeks (sophomore) and everythings fine except for one thing. My math teacher. The way she talks REALLY bugs me. She sounds like an overhyper cheerleader from a B-class movie. Also, she's a geometry teacher and she can't draw.

I dont move into my room until the 21st. Today is my last day of work as a lifeguard for this summer. That means like 2 weeks of games games games

Been at school for 2 weeks. Ironically, the honors classes at my school tend to be easier than the regular classes, and I'm not sure why anyway. Doesn't matter much to me now this year. I'm a junior and I've got one honors class and 3 AP classes. This year is going to slaughter my brain

My algebra II teacher has a good solution to not being able to draw. She uses one of those electronic whiteboard things (as did my geometry teacher last year, he couldn't draw too good, either)

ps I'm so smart I'm a freshman in Algebra II. Also I skipped kindergarden because I was so smart, so I'm younger than everyone else. I'm also not exactly tall for my age so I look like I'm a 7th grader

edit: and I'm in all honors, and marching band (I played at my first game 2 days ago

) so I end up staying up pretty late

I was supposed to start friday but I was on vaction then

. So I'll start this monday (tomorrow that is). This is gonna be my last year so I'm kinda looking forward to it.
