BNC monitor connections

I was looking in my basement a couple days ago and I came a cross a amonitor I had bought a while ago. I was looking at it and I saw on the back it had BNC connectors for Red, Green, Blue, Hsync and Vsync (I assume they stand for horizontal and vertical sync). Can anyone help me find out how to get rgb in for the monitor from those connections?
