personally id keep the money buy a whole new PC
You'll find it hard to get a high end graphics card as most of the new ones are PCI-E only although some come in AGP the AGP versions are worse than the PCI-E
I would suggest more RAM but as it is so espensive id suggest getting a faster hard drive, this isnt as good as buying more RAM but its cheaper

I have to agree with Extreme Jesus here. I can tell you from experiance with my 700S Gateway if you don't get much extra performace out of added ram, hard drive or CPU and the imporvements are going to cost a new computer's price, but save for one. Computer are still getting cheaper you can get a good mid to high end computer for under $1500.
