Oops, I hit the exact wrong chord with the Daily Show. That's not what I was trying to say at all. I didn't know fact one about the Daily Show, and now I just read about it... and yeah, I was sooo wrong.

I have yet to complete it. Only played it a bit and only just got through the first gate and had to stop. Anyway. I lack a spousal unit so I have no marriage for oblivion to battle with :D

Ahhhh... Lucky you! You're actually right at the point in the game where it gets really cool. Up until you close the first gate the game seems fairly linear (although it's really not), but after that point you can just run around and do whatever you want. It's pretty cool that you don't even need to follow the main questline part of the game if you choose not to. It's very open-ended and the most believable, life-like environment I have ever seen in a game.

Just imagine what they'll be able to do with the 2nd generation and beyond games for the 360!

Hell we could do a whole segment on Oblivion I guess. I've played it for about 15 hours but not really *seriously*

Right now we're leaning towards:

RPG's - Ben thinks they suck and Jones defends

SNES vs Genesis

and possibly something about Why People Hate EA

Or we could talk about Oblivion - The Real Rat Meat Eating Simulator.

I think you should talk about portables, but that is just my opinion. Like, you know, previous stuff, upcoming stuff, and mabe film it rather than just recording it.

Aren't podcasts audio so you can basically listen to them on all MP3 players?

Podcast =? iPod. Really podcasts are like the talk part of radio stations that you can listen to when ever you want. If Ben were to encode the next podcasts as either MP3 or WAV (please don't) we could listen to it on the go then.

P.S. I know there is also AAC and WMA. But that would only cause a divide as iPod doesn't support WMA, and all other MP3 players don't support AAC.

While MP3 not being the best standard. It is the most widely available. I prefer to use OGG though.
