broken GC lcd

broken GC lcd

i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix a GC lcd that only works when you wiggle its a/v cable. i'm looking at an auction and it's only $6. 8)

that's most likely a bad AV connector. though a perfectly functional AV connector would do that if it was comming loose from the board or it could be a bad contact on the AV cable end. it will be right there at the plug, and probably pretty easy to fix.

my guess is that it was dropped, but a 'it still works when you wiggle it' is pretty much a best case scenario when you're buying something that's broken.
