Nice paint job. Did you completly replace the Dreamcast logo on the Disc cover or what did you do? I at least know it's blue now instead of red.

Non-USA Dreamscast's swirly thingie are blue.

i used car spray paint (VW tornado Red and Black)

and uk Casts are blue.

acrylic enamel or polyeurothane?

I like acrylic enamel since it is what The US Air Force use to paint numbers on Supersonic Jets an are ment for extreme speeds, weather and durability

And it is what Ford Uses!

Oh and the paint you used, it isn't peeling or chiping? I'd be supprised as most paints are not designed to adhere to a smooth plastic surface.
