Damn you N64!

I have finally fuffilled my commandments...sort of. Well, I was just ALMOST done with the cart slot relocation, then all the solder got messed up...I mean like blob all of a sudden. And I did this ALL with the original RF shielding and heatsink attached...I used screwdrivers to temporarily rise it up to yank that slot out. I kept it attached for reasons being: I'm scared...and that the screws were strepped. OK, now I can't really get the solder out. So I either really need a new N64 mobo..or a solder sucker. I really want a new mobo though for I'm sure mine is dead...just dead

. So, camon guys, help a pre-pubescent/post kid out.

ive got a NUS-005 mobo, they are supposed to be more resistant, how much would you pay for it? it is still in its case and everything and i have the PSU if you want that.

Hmm, I like TT's offer, but I like where anotherperson is going. My problem is, is that, my soldering iron is dulled, and my desoldering iron is too big to get around/into those holes. And I just can't remove the screws, it's strepped beyond all recognition.

yea flux a small strand of twisted speaker wire and ryto absorb some of the solder

and if you soldering iron is dull just sharpen if with a metal file and re-tin the tip...
