Animation help?

So, I went to the local YTMNDmart to pick up some LOL on the cob, but the Gif is stuck on the first frame. Music plays, but no animation for me. I rember my dad did something to the firewall to fix it temporaily, but it stopped again the next day.

For example,

this guy fae is always yellow. and

is always still. Help me fix my world man. I can't hear batman 'tarding out anymore.
