Questions about etching PCB's

Hello,

I have been working on PCB etching using an etch resistant pen but i cant get the circuits to come out well, does anyone have any advice this?

could someone give me a link to a good tutorial about using laser printers to make PCB's?

whats the best way to drill the holes? I was having issues getting the spacing right

what is the best way to remove the etch pen?

Drill press works great.

They sell special products to remove it, but the pen is just a Sharpie I believe? If so, in my experience rubbing alcohol works great for removing Sharpie.

For removing toner, acetone (nailpolish remover) works good.

i usually just sand it. or steel wool.

out of curiosity, what etchant are you using?

Well i found a great Laser printer guide and my pcb is soaking its paper off right now.

I am using Ferric chloride as the etchant as it was what came with the kit
