With my potato gun I use right guard and it works real well :)

when i say trebuchet i dont mean little weeny 3 foot tall wooden thing. mine from base to apex of the a frames is about 6 foot, with another foot of steel extending above that, the arm has 8 foot to one side of the fulcrum and a bit more than 2 to the other side of the fulcrum, its pretty sweet, and bright red! light enought that it can be carried by 2 people to boot please note this pic is old, the catapult has a different fulcrum now, but otherwise unchanged Image

Triton you have inspired me to try and make a trebuchet. I googled it and found this.

So I am saving money to by the stuff I need and will get back to you when it is done.
