are there any in existance ive looked around the internet and havent come across anything good yet...anyone know any good programs?

Eagle: http://www.cadsoft.de/ (almost all free designs on the web are in it's format too it seems)

I dunno, Eagle just isn't my thing. You can try what I use as well: ExpressPCB. (Google it, i'm too *coughlazycough* to get the link for ya)
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

Tim uses eagle and loves it. He said somewhere (or some other reputable source said somewhere) that it's just as good as those hundred dollar professional kinds.

I never had the need for anything like that though, so I wouldn't know.
