Batteries and the intec screen pad

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Batteries and the intec screen pad

Post by Pasquallie14 »

tell me if im wrong but, i think you would take the voltage - and voltage + screen wires and solder them to the pointy metal ends of the black and red wire?

then you would have to de solder to charge? I'm really lost

Since that was really half of a question, I will draw my own conclusion.

Voltage - goes to the black wire on your battery pack (ground/negative)
Voltage + goes to the red wire on your battery pack (positive)

To charge, you take a charger that matches your type of battery (NiMH goes to a NiMH charger) and modify it so the two charging wires go into your system (with a Jack or plug), the female end of the plug which is attached to your system will simply hook up to the battery pack as it normally would.
