Hey, for the last 4 days I (and some freinds) have secrtely been doing Beta Quests on Zelda OOT, and I so far, I have some WORLD 1 Pictures. (Theres 60,000+ worlds

)

He is editing the Hex code of a Oot ROM.

actually its not.
Its a long process of Hacking the code of the game, entering cheats, finding filling code(as the beta code isnt complete). I cn explain it more in depth, but not right now.

Yeah, this sounds a lot like some GameShark codes that I wanted to try. Need a newer GameShark though.

You can use Project 64, and get the zelda OOT rom and activate cheats... but Yea you know. (If you do it that way, it gives you 10 worlds, and you have to find the rest yourself by testing code).

The way we did it, we have a list of worlds.

Cool, so there's unused content in the code right? There's similar stuff in the code for Command and Conquer Generals/Zero Hour, like cinematic only units, civilian stuff and some other stuff that you can make player usable.

You can try, but its hard and stuff.

Instructions: Insert the gameshark with zelda on it, get the codes, and when loading up the game, pull the gameshark out of the cartridge a TINNNYY bit, to see a yellow line on the screen, if done right your in beta.

I have heard about the cartridge pulling trick. I tried it with all sorts of games. Stay away from doing it with pokemon though. Instant .
