A person that doesn't want to go to the trouble of making a RAID setup to have that kind of space. Also guys 10GB hard drive are not too old. I have two and both are really only 10 years old, a the most.

And once again I'm going to say that nothing takes up room like audio or video files. I can remember having no problem using a 10GB hard drive with any Linux distro as I never stored any A/V files on it.
