Wow, Sam Fisher, you sound so much like a ten year old version of myself! Seriously, you do little on these forums aside from flaming other members for simple factual slip-ups.

I've noticed something interesting in society. The number of criminals tends to increase proportionally to the total population, but the awareness of crime tends to increase exponentially. I think the same thing applies here. The proportion of offenders has stayed relatively constant, but we perceive a relative increase. In reality, there is little wrong with the forums as they are.

There's pleanty we'd all like to fix about the forum. The, ah-hem, flamming, the spam, the oh-so-pleantiful arrogance. Some of this can be fixed, but no one should expect any miracles.

Alright guys, this was exactly what link was talking about. Of course sam is wrong a great deal of the time, and of course it's ironic what with him professing his superiority. The only person who deosn't know that is sam himself. So why not just ignore him if he gets you all so rilled up? Just don't respond to his comments and pretend they aren't there. Gannon wil ban him when he goes too far (a point which many believe he's already passed).

Oh, and I was refering to Triton's avatar featuring the name tag saying "My name is (unspellable), you killed my father, prepare to die." That phrase is featured in a humorous movie named Princess Bride...I think...If I remember correctly.

This this exactly the mindless dreck that brought this thread on in the first place.

I agree; even in the year and a half I have been part of this community, it has really gone downhill. People complain because there's too many rules. They complain that there's not enough rules. When the mods follow the written rules people get ticked off and call us nasty things. When we're too lax they call us lazy.

This forum is slowly slipping to "typical internet forum" status.
