DS Emulator Help (HOMEBREW ONLY!!)

Post by Sword_Gun »

Hey, Im currently working on a Homebrew game (Well Just fixing the old beast up), its a .GBA, but Im making it a .NDS.

Heres a problem I ran into while running a .NDS Homebrew Rom (Not mine)

Hey, I have the new iDeaS emulator Ver. 1.0.0.7, every time I press open to get a .NDS file, then load one, and then press the play button it asks me to make/save a ".AVI" file, If I save it, the emulator startsbut its all black screens, and if I click cancel the emulator says "Encountered a problem and must shut down."

How do I fix this?

Thanks.

Check the emulator's settings &/or *.ini files. Sounds like you simply have it set to record the output to an AVI file...

Doesnt have any .ini files, and all there is in options is.

3D Video > OpenGL
2D Video > AVI Capture (Mines turned off)
Sound > Direcct Sound

Hm...That's extremely odd...

Is this the latest version of the emulator?
