8 miles to school, the school dont allow it. Eather Bus or Car. Mainly couse the school is in the middle of a corn field

i agree, this is probably the best idea

its cheaper and healthy than a car, just ask for a lift whe nthe weather is crap

plus to make that kinda money working in a grocery store you'd have to working most days a week, which is fine so long as you dont have to go out much, but it poses a bit of a problem when school starts again

If you worked as many shifts as you can from now by the end of the summer you could have about $300 maybe, providing you dont spend it

but it is a serious social life killer

300$ for a month of working lol. I make like 800 or so as a busboy. Btw get in better shape and use a bike, it really would be better.

well as a shelf stacker i make about £200-£250 a month which is around $300 i think but then again im only sixteenand mimimum wage for 16 year olds is less than 18 or 21 year olds

1) If twice a day, every weekday, then it is too far.
2) We've already cut biking out of the equation. Gamer2 already said TWICE that he can't ride a bike to school.
