Gah! Removing TINY stripped screws

Ok, so I was taking apart my PSP, and I stripped one of the screws! I believe this screw holds the LCD screen in. Any ideas on how to remove it? Here's a picture I shot of it. Sorry, it's the best quality picture I could get.

This really sucks...

Looks like you turned it into a hex screw! You can try 1 of 2 things:

1) Get the largest possible flathead you can fit in there, push and turn REAAAALLLY hard, and hope it comes out.

2) Try putting a hex bit in there and turning it.

I don't think I have a hex bit that size, but I'll try the flathead method.

Get a crappy screwdriver you don't use, and use some JB Weld to weld it to the screw. You'll have to prop the screwdriver up, but once the JB Weld's done working, you can unscrew the screw. Either way, you're screwed because you lose a screw in the process. a few more s words and that could be alliteration!

Nah, I can get another screw easily. No problem there, just need to get it out first.
