For a while now ive been looking at some really neat stuff thats probly going to happen to vegas in the next 5-10 years some of these are Condominiums(aka my future home

) others are hotels and some are half and half. But I just thought it would be worth talking about.

I drove through Vegas and it looked really dull, I hardly saw any grass and it was like 110 F.

I went to vegas last year non stop entertainment, I love it

im planing to have $200,000 to make a down payment on a codo in The W by the time im 25

10 years away

Good luck making $20,000 a year and not spending a penny of it

Then again, you can always do some investments, that should help

dude im making less than 5,000 right now its kinda a complicated plan of buying local selling and then beoming an accountant making 40,000 a year

im not going to save all of it
