Edit: I will have to say, this tastes amazing. Everyone should try it.
Although, I used different spices, but mine turned out great.

Well, instead of soul food seasoning, I used the following:
Red pepper
a bit of onion salt
garlic powder
steak seasoning
pepper.
lemon pepper
I would have tried worchester sauce if I had any around.
