I can't get my nintendo screws out and i can't buy a screw driver that fits cause i live in a very small town. .And i tried the meltiing the pen thing and it didn't work so any other ideas?

Try melting the pen again, and again, and again, etc. And if that doesn't work after a kazillion times, break out the destructive tool of your choice.

Here's some ideas. If you don't want to keep the case, just destroy the console case as it says in Ben's book/Extremetech guide. Also, I recommend trying to melt a pen with the clear polystyrene-ish plastic seen in that guide, as it is usually stronger than normal pen plastic.

If you're trying on the SNES Mini, you can just one a hacksaw or drill to cut off/drill out the screw wells.

With a hacksaw jsut chop the corners near the bottom through the screw well.

With a drill (with a bit a little bigger than the hole), drill it out from the bottom.

you can order nintendo screwdrivers for about 5 bucks online. Just froogle it, I keep running accross them and I'm not even looking for them.
