Connect a floppy drive to a VMU?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

I was salaving my PC today for parts (it's broken), and took the floppy drive, 780KB DOS disks would be great for VMU games I thought, i've got a cable to do it, is it possible to hook a VMU upto a Floppy Disk drive?

I haven't heard of any way to connect a VMU to a floppy drive. I do know there is a mod to connect it to a Parallel port, there's even cables (a little hard to find) premade.
