External antenna signal

I have a casio tv-770 portable TV. On the board is a plug for an external antenna. The plug looks like a headphone jack. I was wondering if this plug could be used to take the RF signal from an NES for my portable. I have never seen this type of plug before and any explanaton would be nice, thanks.

i have a sony watchman wiht the same external antenna jack and i've been told numerous (i can't really spell) times that the only way to use it for a COMPOSITE input is through an RF modulator, so it can be assumed that using an RF signal to begin with would work, but i dont know the detail exactly. just thought id help out since the same thing was bugging me for a while.

So if I use an RF mudulator to get the right signal, Then If I just cut the end off of some old headphones or speakers, and solder the cable on, I should get a signal?

im not really sure, i think if you use the RF modulator, you would need to buy an adaptor to take the chord from the screw-on top that goes into a regular TV to the 1/8" headphone-type jack. again, im not positive on that, its just an idea. tell me if it works, or, if you find something that works, tell me about that, itd be nice if i could still use my TV...

i think if the console puts out RF or has an rf box you should be able to wire something up pretty easy

alright, I was pretty sure that it would work, I just want to be 100% certain before I tear apart a 50$ screen.
