Can anyone point me towards good replacement heatsinks for the 64's chips? They shouldn't be much bigger than the originals, just better designed.

You may be able to find a couple of TO-220 heatsinks to fit...

Just get some processor heatsinks from any old computer. Also, newegg has a ton of heatsinks.
