When u Offer, is it a virus?

Every time I type something into any search engine (ebay, google...) a window pops up in IE (I use firefox, that is why this is so wierd) that says, When u Offer at the top, and has results for the search that I just did in google or ebay. Is this a virus, because none of my virus scan software is finding it. At the bottom of the screen, when it pops up, it says "this is caused by software that is installed on your pc, not the websites that you have visited." It only started doing this today, and I have been nowhere odd today, just here and to fileplanet, to download the Gunz full installer. Help please, it's really annoying.

Sounds like adware (or spyware), try spybot S&D or adaware.

I ran Adaware and it found some things and deleted them, but after that, I got back on and it popped up again

IIRC, When U can actually be uninstalled using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. If not there, I think there's a folder in Program Files called When U that you can simply delete. But yeah... it's adware, not a virus. So, it's extremely annoying, not harmful.
