I figured I'd just keep the same post and change it a bit. What pin does "pin 6" mean. For audio with RGB you hook up L and R audio to pins 9 and 10 on slot 2, connect Headphones L, R, and Select, and connect Pin 6?
To what? Pin 6 of what? Can somebody give me more detail?

It should work, are you sure you're connecting grounds too?

Don't you have to do that RGB capacitor mod for the mini SNESs?

Yes, the grounds are connected. Composite works fine.
Is it a weak signal that needs to be boosted? I know that one guy used a small amplifying circuit made of a resistor and a few capacitors.
I thought the caps alone were just to clean up the video though...are they needed?

Well, you could try. It's not that much work now is it? I tried it for a genesis but since there is no difference (noticeable) I let them out. Just connect a capacitor on each line (except for sync) and it should work. Use a value around 330µF

Fixed it. And all my other problems. I now worship RGB.
It needed +5V to the last pin. I was never told that. Time to add it to the wiki!
Now to test the sound...

5v to what pin? On the SNES or the PSOne Screen?
I tried this too and thought that the signals were too weak and needed amplifying.

If all else fails, take it apart!

Slot 1 Pin 12 on the PS1 screen. The same one that you need for PAL screens to power them on.
