My dad said you have to get something like that. To get it you have to ride your motorcycle to the test place illegally, get the special license, and go home now legal.

You won't die in it unless someone else hits you.

here is one of my favorite rides

A 1986 Ford F-150 with an overdrive transmission me and my dad put in it (upped the fuel economy from 12-16, and yes it is an old Ford so it gets that towing, in town, full load you name it, geared so low ya know!)

Here are a few me and my dad are fixing up, the first is a 1967 Mercury cyclone, only 463 of this particular model were made, but who is bragging, the second is a 1973 Mustang coupe with a 351C (popular racing motor)

And here is my main mode of transportation!

My main mode of transportation is not one but TWO New Balance 572s! (And they're damn comfy too)

As for motorized transportation, I drive a 1999 Saturn. (the AC chokes it but I get about 34 MPG average) There's a bunch of pics of a similar model in the GTP Car Suggestions thread. (Page 4 or something...)

There's a couple cars I wish I could fix up. One is more feasable than the other, but I want to fix both. The first is easily accessible, since it has been in our yard since 1989. It's a 1974 Dodge D200 Custom 1/2 ton pickup. The interesting thing is that it is a one ton frame (how much it can support), but since it came with the small straight 6 and not the massive V8 that can go in there, it's limited. THe thing's geared really, REALLY low in first and second (though it hasn't used anything other than neutral, reverse, and first in a long time), so it gets 13 MPG no matter what you're doing with it. But we run it and move it every month or so, and it starts right up every time!

Ours sort of looks like this, but it is more of a reddish dark orange (burnt sienna for you Crayola kids) and it's not a club cab. (and it's in much worse shape. Well, it's structurally sound, and looks OK, it needs some attention and about a grand in parts to make it safe. It also could use a driver's side floor...)

The other is my uncle's old Porsche convertible. After looking at pictures I have a good feeling it's a 914. It was running 10 years ago, but he parked it and let it sit in the back of my grandparents' garage for way too long. We looked in there last summer, and the tires were flat as pancakes on the bottom and the leatehr was all nasty looking. There's a lot of stuff back there, way too much to mention here.

<img src="http://www.1motormart.com/gallery/74por01.jpg" width=320> It looks like this, but red and the top hasn't been folded up in forever. (It would need to be replaced...) It's too bad, I've seen pictures from before he parked it and it's really a nice car. Not too many miles on it either. Maybe someday... :)
