a bit of every meat, it seems. Just to be on the safe side, lemme check:

In a can of spam lite (all I have)
Pork, Mechanically separated Chicken, water, salt, sugar, then some preservatives I'm too lazy to type out

Yep and this forum with its limited bandwidth doesnt need the extra fat from the spam you guys are leaving on it.
