RPG toolkit 3, hands down the most powerful RPG maker I've ever used, you have so much access to the core code, it rocks. I have attempted to make a couple of games with it, but somehow never get around to finishing them :(

http://www.toolkitzone.com/ it has a great community as well, lots of downloadable plugins, tilesets, and code that is submitted by other users.

Are you trying to get your post count up? read the forum title first. You clearly just posted random spam.

It's really confusing at first, if you start progrramming for it, after you have already been programming in Toolkit 2, because they changed so much of the GUI. but once you get used to it, you can really get a feel for the kind of power that they give you.

I use RPG maker 2000, and my bro uses XP.
Obviously you get much better qualuty with the newer versions, but there are some things I dislike from them as well. So my choice was to go with PK Hack. (earthbound ROM editing)
